Meeting Flowchart

These are the three ways I categorize meetings:

1. Contextual Decisions: Multiple people with distinct knowledge deciding.
2. Collaborative Brainstorming: Real-time and collaborative brainstorming.
3. Relationship Building: Engaging with humans to grow relationships.

Depending on which and how many of these categories a meeting qualifies for determines whether to:

1. Have the meeting.
2. Do an ad-hoc.
3. Or set up a recurring meeting.
